摘要: | The as-castinsituAl2O3 particlesreinforcedaluminummatrixcompositesweresubjectedtothe impact treatmentduetotheLorentzforcegeneratedbyhighpulsedelectromagneticfield.The magneticinducedintensity(B) wassetas1T,2Tand3T.Transmissionelectronicmicroscopy observationshowsthattheimpacthasinducedtheelasticdeformationinmaterialsthatresultsin the enhancementofdislocationdensity.Thevalueincreasesfrom2.2 1011/m2 in as-castsampleto 8.9 1013/m2 in the3Ttreatedone.Besides,stackingfaultsanddeformationtwinswith3,4,6atomic planescanalsobeseen.Theresultsdemonstratethathighpulsedelectromagneticfieldisanefficient and economicalapproachtoacquireaspecificmicrostructureand,meanwhile,keeptheoriginalshape of sample. |
